We are a Buxton based business that will be supplying Energy Performance Certificates to the local area - see map
From 1st August 2007 all domestic properties with 4 bedrooms or more will require a Home Information Pack (HIP) to be provided to prospective buyers when marketed for sale. A mandatory part of the HIP is the EPC, which provides information on energy efficiency, heating costs and carbon dioxide emissions of the property. As more assessors become trained, this requirement will be applied progressively to 3, 2 and 1 bedroom properties.
