We are a Buxton based business that will be supplying Energy Performance Certificates to the local area - see map

From 1st August 2007 all domestic properties with 4 bedrooms or more will require a Home Information Pack (HIP) to be provided to prospective buyers when marketed for sale. A mandatory part of the HIP is the EPC , which provides information on energy efficiency, heating costs and carbon dioxide emissions of the property. As more assessors become trained, this requirement will be applied progressively to 3, 2 and 1 bedroom properties.
