Domestic Energy Assessors can produce energy Performance Certificates.

The qualification is the City & Guilds level 3 Diploma for Domestic Energy Assessors

Accreditation will be by one of the 5 approved Government schemes

The accreditation of the Domestic Energy assessor ensures that:

• They are qualified and professional persons
• They have suitable indemnity insurance cover
• They are accurate, consistent and quality assured
• There is a recognised complaints procedure
• Every report will be logged on to the national ‘Landmark’ government database
